Return

According to European law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. The period starts from the moment you have received the (entire) order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging without signs of use. In case of signs of use, the product will not be accepted for return.

If you want to return an item, we kindly ask you to include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return. This speeds up the processing of your return. At the bottom of this page, you will find a sample letter.

Shipping costs are at your own expense, and you are responsible for ensuring that the package is delivered to the correct address and that the products arrive undamaged.

If you cancel the agreement within 14 days and the package is back in our possession within 14 days, you will receive the purchase amount of the relevant product back within 5 working days. Costs for this return shipment are the customer's responsibility.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for this refund. Note: in the case of credit card payment, a refund booking is often only visible on your credit card statement at the end of the month/period.
